► Brief Introduction
The thermal print head temperature monitor measures the temperature of the heating head located on the print head. If the thermal print head temperature is too high, the signal REC_OVHEAT is activated and the signal STROBE is disabled to prevent the print head from heating up.
As the print head temperature increases, the heating time is reduced, thus maintaining normal font over the entire temperature range.
When the print head temperature drops below 50°C, the signal REC_OVHEAT_ is disabled and the heating is re-enabled by the signal STROBE.

Warning
1. All installation, expansion, changes, modifications and maintenance of this product must be performed by Mindray authorized personnel.
2. High voltages are present inside the device. Do not remove the power supply or battery before disassembling the device.
3. When removing/reinstalling the parameter module, a patient leakage current test must be performed before it can be reused for monitoring.
4. The device must be connected to a properly installed outlet with only one protective ground. If your unit does not have a protective ground, disconnect it from the power cord and use battery power if possible.

► Cleaning
To prevent wear and damage to the thermal head and ensure optimal performance and a long lifespan, clean the head surface with the provided thermal head cleaning pen after recording every 10 sets of paper.
1.Turn off the electrocardiograph before cleaning the thermal head.
2.Press the paper tray release button to open the paper tray.
3.Use the thermal head cleaning pen to clean the gray area of the thermal head.
