External screen issue:
The monitor displays normally, the touch function is intact, only the outer glass is broken.
The external screen is the outermost glass protective layer of the screen, which does not involve display or touch functions. Replacing the external screen is mainly carried out without affecting the internal components. Advantages: Low cost, short repair time. Precautions: Only suitable for situations where glass is broken and not touch screens or display screens are damaged, requiring professional technicians and equipment as well as specific repair environments for repair.
If the touch function is partially or completely disabled. If the touch screen is damaged but the display is normal, it is possible to replace the touch layer and outer screen, but this repair is difficult and there is a risk of further damage due to partial repairs.
