The light source bulb is the light source bulb of a fully automatic biochemical analyzer. The general process of light transmission is as follows: the composite light emitted by the bulb (12V, 20W placed inside the heat sink) is focused together by a condenser lens (maximizing the use of light source energy), the incident light is converted into parallel light by a collimator lens, and then enters the grating through a slit (to avoid stray light entering). The grating decomposes the composite light into multiple monochromatic lights, reflects them onto a filter (absorbs each monochromatic light), and then sends them to a detector (a column of light-emitting diodes) for photoelectric conversion. Finally, the signal is transmitted to the display screen through a signal processing board for analysis, calculation, amplification, etc.

Before replacing the light bulb, you need to click on "Maintenance" ->"Replace Light Bulb" to enter the maintenance interface, which displays values for 16 wavelengths. From here, you can see the deviation of the values after replacing the light bulb. Generally, the new device value should be above 1.0, and the old device value can also be above 0.7. After replacing the light bulb using this method, it was found that the values of wavelengths 340 and 578 were incorrect. Wavelength 340 corresponds to a value of 0.36, while wavelength 578 corresponds to a value of 0.5, both of which are lower than the standard value of 0.7 mentioned above. Clicking on the alarm option above still shows an "abnormal energy of the light bulb" alarm. After replacing the light bulb, click on the light bulb maintenance interface to check if the device prompts normal operation. If all displays are normal, it indicates that the bulb replacement is reasonable.
