The oxygen proportional valve of the ventilator, referred to as OPV or oxygen proportional valve, is one of the core components in the ventilator's air circuit system. Its core function is to accurately control the oxygen concentration (FiO₂) in the inhaled gas to ensure that the gas inhaled by the patient meets the oxygen concentration requirements set by the medical setting (such as 21%~100% adjustable).
Features:
1. Function: According to the set value (such as 40%, 60%, etc.), real-time mixing of air (containing 21% O₂) and pure oxygen (100% O₂) outputs gas with target oxygen concentration, and quickly responds to flow changes during the patient's inhalation phase to avoid oxygen concentration fluctuations.
