1. Drive the transmission of printing paper
The motor provides power to the roller to rotate the roller, which in turn drives the printing paper to move in the printer at the set speed and direction, ensuring that the printed content (waveform and diagnostic report) can be accurately and continuously output to the printing paper, and the motor quickly retracts to locate the high-quality waveform area to reduce repeated printing.
2. Control the printing position
The roller and the print head work together to accurately control the feeding amount of the printing paper, ensuring that the position of the ECG waveform, text and other information on the printing paper is accurate, which is convenient for doctors or operators to clearly view and analyze the ECG data.
3. Ensure printing quality
During the rotation process, the roller will exert a certain pressure on the printing paper, so that the printing paper and the print head are in close contact, ensuring that the printed content (waveform and diagnostic report) is clear and the lines are complete, avoiding problems such as blurred handwriting and waveform interruption.
4. Monitoring and feedback
This component may integrate sensors such as encoders. The encoder can convert the rotation information of the roller into an electrical signal and feed it back to the control system of the printer. In this way, the control system can understand the movement status of the roller in real time, such as rotation speed, rotation angle, etc., so as to carry out precise control and adjustment, realize closed-loop control, and further improve the accuracy and stability of printing.
